Thank You. They were lovely people. All sisters and all spinsters apart from their brother, my grandfather. As a teenager in the 60's we'd go and visit them. They lived in a house & only traveled during summer. I loved visiting them. White damask table cloth; the table laden with home cooked ham, apple pies, and proper farm butter. All served on beautiful Crown Derby crockery. I adored them. Even then they still wore long black skirts and lavender silk blouses with cameo brooches & coral beads. A fascinating culture I was fortunate enough to be part of.
I love family history - one of the reasons is because of the different photos that people share.
